Roll up! Roll up!

Sponsored by Clifton Park Hospital, The Night Circus was a glittering black-tie gala, held on Saturday February 8, raising over £20,000 for Martin House Children’s Hospice.

Guests were greeted by the talented denizens of Storm in a Teacup Circus, before grabbing a glass of bubbly and heading into the candle-lit Ceremony Barn for welcome drinks.

The circus-themed entertainment continued here, thanks to the styling of Clock Dandelion, magic by Andy Larmouth, and DJ Danny from Jonny Ross Music providing ambient background beats.

Photographer Jules Barron was on hand to photography guests in all their finery - picture of which will be featured in the county’s most prestigious publication, Yorkshire Living.

After an hour of merrymaking guests made their way outside to The Grain Shed, via The Courtyard, where the most talented ladies from Storm in a Teacup Circus wowed onlookers yet again with an eye-popping pyrotechnic display.

As guests took their seats, Caroline and Michael Lambert gave a moving speech, describing how their family had been helped by Martin House.

Guests were treated to a three-course meal served by North Yorkshire’s top caterer, H&A.

Tables were dressed by super stylists, Ambience, while Clock Dandelion worked more magic, hanging a skyful of stars from Grain Shed’s ceiling.

In between courses, guests bid for fantastic prizes in our charity auction…

… and the meal culminated with another show-stopping performance from Storm in a Teacup.

From here on, it was party time.

Guests glammed up by way of the glitter bar provided by Face Paint York…

… and the dance floor was buzzing thanks to an electric performance from the supremely talented Rachel from Girls That Mix and musical mastery of The Marc & Abi Band.

An epic conclusion to a great night all in aid of a fantastic cause!
