Payment schedule
RESERVING YOUR DATE
If you visit for a viewing and fall in love with The Normans, you can reserve a wedding date - obligation free - for two weeks.
Towards the end of your two-week reservation period, we'll be in touch to see if you'd still like to go ahead with the booking.
If you don't - no problem - we'll simply put your date back on the market.
Securing a date
If you do want to proceed with your booking (hooray!), we'll send you a Booking Form and our Ts & Cs for you to sign and send back to us.
We’ll then raise the invoice for your 25% Holding Deposit and process your Billing Summary, which lists payment dates and the full amount for venue hire.
The 25% interim payment is due 12 weeks ahead of the wedding, and the final 50% is due 4 weeks before the Big Day.
REFUNDS
We regret that all deposits and down payments are non-refundable.
We recommend purchasing wedding cancellation insurance.
