We've always been impressed by the versatility of F4D. When they're not cooking up batches of fragrant, colourful curries from across Asia, they're crafting dainty canapes and delectable fine-dining menus. Essentially, F4D can serve up anything you desire - whether it's a casual meal or gourmet cuisine.
Outside of the kitchen, well-trained waitstaff never fail to provide swift, efficient and friendly table service. We also love the fact that there's always there's a fantastic 'front of house' presence at The Normans, ensuring that the bride, the groom, and all their guests are well fed and well looked after on the day!
Don't be fooled by the name - H&A are so much more than just a purveyor of hog roast (although they'll happily put on a pig, if that's what you're after).
Founder Ged Dillon and his team are taking events catering to a new level, with innovative culinary techniques, service styles and imaginative menus.
Ged always makes an effort to build a rapport with the bride and groom, and sees to it that their every requirement is catered for (forgive the pun). In terms of service, the H&A team is a well-oiled machine, and there's always a familiar face on duty at front of house to provide services as an MC when and where required.
